Documents Required in Real Estate Dealings


Buying or selling a property is definitely an important decision, which associates the buyer or seller to a lot of legal formalities and other formalities. ·         6 Photographs of Main Applicant and Co-applicant
·         Financial Documents (In case of loan)

In case of Resale:

·         Provisional Allotment Letter
·         All the payment receipts
·         Builder Buyer Agreement
·         Transfer Set
·         NOC from the builder
·         Pan Card
·         5 photographs

At the time of Possession:

·         Provisional Allotment Letter
·         Builder Buyer Agreement
·         Residence Proof and Pan Card
·         All the receipts

In case of sale after Possession:

·         Lease Deed Agreement
·         NOC from the society or builder
·         Builder Buyer Agreement
·         Receipts of electricity & water bills
·         Receipts of maintenance charges
·         Documents for car parking
